In Brazil, the death of an infant has resulted after a doctor pulled its head from its shoulders during a complicated labour. The child’s shoulders became stuck during delivery at the Santa Isabel maternity hospital in north-eastern Brazil. The accident happened as a doctor struggled to free him. It has been announced this afternoon that Barney McKenna, banjo player for world renowned Irish group ‘The Dubliners’, passed away this morning. Wales manager, Gary Speed has died after apparently committing suicide in his Chester home. The 42-year old was found at 7:08am this morning when a “sudden death” was reported to Chesire police.
