The Ireland team to play Bosnia & Herzegovina at The Aviva Stadium tomorrow has been named. As expected Shay Given and John O’Shea will not take part due to injury,and are replaced by Kieran Westwood and Paul McShane,respectively. Joey Barton handed twelve match ban

Joey Barton of Queens Park Rangers (QPR) has been suspended for 12 matches and fined £75,000 by the English FA. The pantomime villain of English football was handed the punishment after picking up a red card for elbowing Carlos Tevez in the epic 3-2 defeat to Manchester City on the final day of the season.
